As some of you know, I've recently been doing some traveling around the Midwest. Growing up there was wonderful and I love going back to it's endless valleys of golden wheat fields, streams, and open spaces. After being there for a whole month however, I was starting to miss the way the sun shines through the Georgia pines that shade my backyard. So...it was time to head back.
I brought my parents with me and rented them a cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains in celebration of my mom's birthday. It was so relaxing and they had a terrific time meandering through the quaint shops, sampling fudge and other goodies, and rocking in rocking chairs on the deck of our mountain side cabin in Blowing Rock, NC
Jennifer and Brians wedding was well worth the trek into the North Carolina mountains. It was everything I love about a wedding. Outdoors, intimate, breathtakingly gorgeous, and filled with joyous smiles and happy tears. Congratulations to you both. It was a blessing to meet you and to share in your surreal mountain wedding day. Enjoy :)
